Personal data
Data controller. Romain Mottier (Finite Clarity), reachable at contact@finiteclarity.com.
Data concerned. The data you enter in the contact form (name, company, business email, country, need, deadline, code or software used, message) and the data you send me by email or phone.
Purposes and legal basis. Answering your request and preparing a possible mission, at your request (pre-contractual steps, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). If a mission is agreed: performing it (Article 6(1)(b)) and meeting accounting and tax obligations (Article 6(1)(c)).
Recipients. Your data is never sold or transferred. Only the publisher and its technical service providers have access to it: Web3Forms for sending the form (copy kept for at most 30 days) and OVHcloud (OVH SAS, France) for hosting the site and the mailbox. Web3Forms may process this data outside the European Union, under the safeguards provided by the GDPR.
Retention. Three years after the last exchange for a request that does not lead to a mission. For a mission: for the duration of the contract, then ten years for accounting records.
Your rights. You can request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, restriction of processing or data portability, and object to processing, by writing to contact@finiteclarity.com. I reply within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr), or, if you live in Switzerland, with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (edoeb.admin.ch).
